They listened intently to what I was telling them of what I thought was wrong, and what I appreciated is that they both listened to what I was saying and not trying to tell me they knew the fix before I was done explaining to them what was going on. Seems like a small thing, but is huge for me. They were clean, came in on price and even made a couple suggestions that they could of made $80 - $100 on, but explained a simple fix from HD myself which cost me $2 today. I appreciate that honesty in a contractor."
